Coach Doug's judo team had a great showing at Go Shibata. For Mal and Elijah it was there first tournament and they handled themselves very well despite competing against more experienced and larger opponents. Trey had a couple of very tough matches in a very tough division. Joel fought extremely hard and ended up with a bronze. Franky finished a win with a hold down and ended up with a silver. Caleb had a couple of big throws and won gold. The videos of Caleb's throw are posted below.
